Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Bright Delights

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days from the delivery of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund policy

Items can be returned within 30 days for a refund if they are faulty/defective.

Unwanted items can be returned but the customer will be liable for the delivery charges.
