Prompt delivery and product quality good only issue 2 small crease like dents in shade possibly due to initial fold of packing in box but not worth sending back as was able to smooth it back into shape Would order again if needed any product

Ordered three shades, unfortunately 2 were damaged. I contacted Discount Home Lighting and the response and customer service was excellent and immediate and speedy replacement service, two were sent to replace my damaged shades. The shades are very good value for the money and a beautiful dove pebble grey which was the exact colour I was looking for. thank you
