This bracket performs great for my use. I use it for my CCTV recorder box. I have it positioned vertically so it is out of the way behind a tv in the bedroom. It is all made of plastic and feels a little flimsy if you were to use it for a DVD player. It has a recommended weight limit of 3kg but would probably struggle to hold that horizontal. The arms are adjustable in that they swing outopen but they do not lengthen.

I bought two of these brackets. Used for Sky plus box and PS4. They secured both items really well and are hidden behind my Wall mounted TV. My brother saw them and has purchased his own.

The product is well made and looks good. It was easy to fit with clear instructions. The only problem with it was my own fault it is for a Sky MINI box and I have a Sky Q box I was able to use it, but did not use the locking plates at the corners because the Q box is too big.
