i bought one because i wanted to have control over my fan leds. that came in my corsair case and for some reason dont link to icue even though it has its own corsair hub built in…..also have some led strips i wanted to integrate so i bit…and i cant really say its overpriced since it costs about what they charge for a fan hub…so id say the hubs are the larger rip off…i just dont feel like i got 70 of value when compared to all of the other corsair products ive bought recently and im not too sure what the purpose of this product really is for the average person. ambient temp sensors are nice but im using a corsair case so if its too hot thats on you guys as well XD

When i first opened the box i was not that impressed and i felt the light stand was poor quality, but this was all made up with the quality of the lights themselves. In the box they offer a red, blue, and yellow filter making for nice additions to a set up. I would suggest these lights for a set up that would be sitting still. If you are going to be moving these lights around often they might not last as long.
