Works as expected, however it must be plugged into a USB port. So I purchased an adapter to utilize a 120V outlet. No big deal, but you need to know that.

There was nothing basically wrong with the unit except it is quite flimsy.The holder for the iPhone is spring loaded and its difficult to get the phone in place without disturbing everything.Finally I had forgotten the if you wear glasses, the ring light shows up as light circles around your eyes on the image. All in all not for me so I returned it
