I purchased two of these bulbs as replacements for the bulb in my Kenley Natural DaylightFloor lamp. They work well, and give off a great daylight effect for reading.They are suitable for most hobbies requiring good strong lighting, sewing, craft work, andgeneral close work activities.They last for ages, I find them to be a worthwhile purchase and at a reasonable price.

The base is nice but the shade was awful no matter how many times I tried to put it together I could still see the Velcro,I I ended up buying a new shade.

Superquick delivery was appreciated. The lamp works well and was easy to put together. I amnot sure how much fiddling with the adjustable part of the stem will take the instructions say its not replaceable and the lamp must be destroyed if it breaks. My main gripe is that the base is badly dented, both on the side so its not round and on top. The box was taped up so maybe its been somewhere before and returned, but it is something that other reviewers have complained of. I think the base is a good weight.

I tried different types of table lamps for reading purpose, lifemax is the best one so far in my experince its giving natural light, very good for reading.

This lamp has lived up to all my expectations giving brilliant near daylight illumination for desk work. I was pleasantly surprised when I unpacked it it was fully assembled unlike the experiences of previous reviewers clearly the manufacturers are listening to customer comments.Furthermore my wife, who is usually adversely affected by the flickering of modern low energy light bulbs, finds the light from this lamp perfectly acceptable.In short, I would highly recommend it.
