    Its a nice motion sensor light, easy to fit and works really well.The only reason for the lowered rating is that its incredibly fragile, the plastic dome is so easy to break. I had to return the first one as it had shattered in transit.

    Man erhlt hier ein umfangreiches Starterkit, sprich es ist die Hue Bridge, also die Zentralstelle zur Anbindung der Lampen, enthalten Man kann also relativ einfach loslegen besonders weil die ebenfalls enthaltenen Birnen und Buttons auch schon in der Bridge hinterlegt sind. Man muss eigentlich nur die Birnen einschrauben, die Bridge mit dem Netzwerk bzw. Router verbinden und schon kann mit der HueApp, die man aus dem Store herunterladen muss, anfangen die Lichter fernzusteuern.Wobei fernsteuern aufgrund der Masse an Mglichkeiten malos untertrieben ist Sie knnen Dimmen, die Farbe ndern, Farbekompositionen whlenselbst erstellen, Zeitplne erstellen, etc. etc. Und dann haben sie noch gar nicht angefangen alles mit dem Homekit, Google oder Alexa zu verbinden Aber keine Angst, die Grundfunktionen EinAus, Dimmen,.. sind sehr einfach einzurichten Rume erstellen und die Birnen zuweisen. Nun kann man schon mal Licht anaus spielen. Alles andere kann man sich wenn man mchte sukzessive erarbeiten.Zurck zur Hardware Die Birnen sind wirklich gut und hell Die Weitne in allen Nuancen darstellbar sind eiwandfrei und stehen normalen LEDBirnen in nichts nach im Gegenteil, aber auch im bunten Spektrum findet man keine Schwchen Alle Farben wirken satt und knnen auch frei gedimmt werden, was bei anderen LEDLampen nicht unbedingt der Fall ist.Die Buttons, welche in der Standardbelegung AusEinschalten und Dimmen Gedrckt halten, sind sehr praktisch, da man sie frei platzieren kann Kleben oder per Magnet. Ich habe einen an der Haustr und einen beim Schlafzimmer, so muss ich nicht mit dem Handy schlafen gehen, um meine Lampen auszuschalten.Besonderer Gag, der alle Besitzer eines AmbilightFernsehers interessieren drfte Man kann die FarbLEDs in sogenannte EntertainmentZonen einbinden und anschlieend direkt am Fernseher so einrichten, dass sie sich dem Ambilight anpassen. Dabei folgen sie jedoch nicht direkt den Farben der TVLeds, sondern dienen eher als variables Hintergrundlicht, das meist in Rottnen heller und dunkler wird. Siehe VideoErweiterbarkeitMan kann das System natrlich noch mit weiteren Birnen erweitern. Hier gibt es mittlerweile ein breites Feld an BirnenLeistenStrahler inkl. OutdoorVarianten, auch von Fremdherstellern und in gnstigeren Preisklassen. Man kann auch vorhandene BirnenStromkreise mit dimmbaren Schalter erweitern.     I have tried some dodgy light control systems, some of which work to some degree and others which barely work at all, that is why it is so excellent to try the Philips Hue because it meets all its claims really well.Setup is a dream you dont have to know anything technical to install just follow the instructions and you are away. I plugged my Hue bridge looks a bit like a small router into the mains and also using a supplied RJ45 cable into my internet router and the bridge lit up. I downloaded the Philips Hue app from the google play store also available for IOS and it found my bridge and told me it needed an update. I said yes to the update and it was complete in a little over 2 minutes.I replaced my GU10 bulbs with these Hue bulbs and turned them on. Then the app took me through the very simple set up process and allowed me to name the room that my lights were in. It detected them straight away and allowed me to turn them on and off from the app.There are two Hue smart button controls in the kit, I used one of them to set up under the kitchen light switch just sticks to the wall with prefitted sticky pads. I have set this up on my phone to dim the lights and turn them onoff, but I could just as easily set the lights to come on at specific times.This simple to use kit is a dream and it allows you to fully control the light in the room the colourtint of the light has got 16 million combinations and it allows me to set the intensity of the light and even turn it on and off when I am elsewhere Something that I am particularly impressed with is the default colour of white it is a true white light and doesnt have any of those coloured casts of early LED bulbs.Also this not only is compatible with Alexa, but Hue is a standard option in the Alexa app, so you can set it up so simply. Now I can say Alexa kitchen lights on and hey presto there is light.This is not a cheap product, but it is a reliable one that does exactly what it claims and doesnt require an hour to set up all of the above in less than 10 minutesWell done to Philips for making a product that everyone will want and one that delivers genuine control and versatility for the busy person.
