Absolutely great in all regards.Only thing is I wish you could manually set color temperatures as the color temp interface is not great.

This is my first time using these smart lights. I only received 3 in the pack which isnt great to do a full room so may need topurchase more. I have placed them in 3 of my six spotlights.It was very easy to set up with Alexa. And the colours are easy to change too. I think I may have to buy a corner lamp to get the full effect in my living room though.

These lights are easy to install and work very well giving lovely colour shades.At 130.00 for the starter kit which has 2 lights only and further packs of 3 retailing at 79.00 this is an expensive project. How Phillips thinks that the price tag for the system with only 2 bulbs is fair I cannot imagine. For this product to become commercially viable to a large consumer base, then the costs need to be rethought. I looked round my house for bulbs in each room approx. 8 per room The cost of building the system would be prohibitive. Unless a third party can produces bulbs cheaper which work within the system, then Im afraid I will not pursue the project. For those for whom cost is not a deterrent, then I can certainly affirm that the lights and controls work extremely well.I just hope more forward thinking 3rd party companies start producing compatible and more reasonably priced equivalents.

After hearing so much about Phillips Hue i had to test the starter kit out. Got this 3 GU10 bulb pack to just replace the hallway and give it a go. Within the month the rest of the house was converted to completely Hue. It is a fantastic idea and to have set routines where the lights come on off and into colours just when i want them too is great The app im using iOS is not the smoothest running and could defiantly do with some updates which i hope come soon but gets the job done for now.Overall a great gadget product for the inner child in you just be warned you will more than likely get addicted and its not the cheapest way to light the house, just keep telling yourself with the life of the bulbs and the energy saving of LED it makes up for it

It did initially take a few times before the hub connected to the screwin bulbs. Once connected everything worked as aspected via the app.Now I wanted the Phillips Hue to work with my Alex and Hive. This was a lot easier than the initial setup and I was pleased. Please note it also works with Google Assistant and Apple Home Kit.The are many controls in the Phillips Hue App and you can customise your lights to your liking. Its fun and the number of colours are almost endless. 16 million colours and shades of white. Wow, thats a lot.Everybody should have LED lights in their homes as its currently the most energyefficient way of illuminating your home. And may I add brighter brightness than the old conventional light bulbs.Package includesSmart Bulb 2x Pack LED E27.Hue Button BridgeThe great thing about this pack is that you receive the Hue Bridge. The Hue Bridge uses your Hue bulbs as stepping stones for its Zigbee network, allowing you to add more lights to even the furthest corners of your home. Adding a new device is easy go to the settings icon choose Light setup for example and then follow the Add light instructions.I love the Phillps Hue technology and will be expanding my home with a mixture of Hive and Phillips Hue devices in conjunction with Alexa Radiant Roost Echo.I do recommend Phillips Hue, it is pricey but you are paying for the one of the leading brands with robustness and well supported tested devices.

Only issue is that you get three light bulbs not many people would have three lights in there bedroom which is what mine was for. So I ended up buying more so I could use the other bulb in a different.

These are fantastic.So far have purchased 18 in total around the house. Much cheaper to buy these sets than individual bulbs.I would recommend trying 3rd party apps.Absolutely requires one of the physical switches to be worth anything.We have 23 switches per room.
