    Greatly LED bulbs once again by Philips.Wife beam and perfect 2700k warm white colour.Instant on and being Philips theyll not discolour.My only gripe is that the bulb is made of glass and not plastic, Im sure theres a reason but as a consequence theyll smash if you accidentally drop them.

    I have one of these in a three bulb fitting with 2 halogen bulbs and I cant tell the difference. Except it doesnt blow every three months. I like it.Edit following experience, they dont do anything like the life they suggest. I guess now LEDs are mainstream, prices have been driven down and quality has followed.

    These are Brilliant, they are a good warm light, not clinically bright like other bulbs I have purchased. They get up to full brightness immediately and they give off very little heat compared to a halogen. Used in the bathroom and kitchen so far, I am going to buy some more to replace halogens as and when they blow. They also look quite stylish. Good deal when I bought six, LED prices are coming down.

    Bought these to replace inefficient halogen spot lights that came with extractor hood fan setup in my kitchen above the hob.The previous halogen bulbs were complete energy leeches and ran too hot, you could feel the heat they gave off more than a feet away.These new Philips LED bulbs give out the same amount of light for a fraction of the power usage and its practically a straight swap without the huge energy bill and heat output.Highly recommend.

    I was advised by my electrician to go for LED bulbs as they last longer and use less energy.The extra expense is well worth it as LED bulbs are much brighter than the neon ones I replaced. The price for 6 units wins head over heels from the items shown on supermarket shelves by nearly 20. A no brainer really and lovely for the kitchen.

    Phillips is definitely my go to brand for light bulbs because they never fail on quality in my experience. Im an electrician and would only fit these bulbs in customer houses because I just dont want any callbacks. The price is really good so I personally wouldnt quibble over a couple of quid that youll probably save anyway because of their longevity.

    I usually dont post reviews but the moment I fitted these I was amased by just how bright these are. They are a direct replacement for your standard halogen GU10. As I have just fitted these I may update this review at a later date. The photo I have uploaded does not reflect the colour temperature well as these have that warm halogen style hue. Would buy again
