    A cost effective starter pack the bulbs are 50 each. As per all Hue bulbs, really good range and integration with Siri. Just a shame the price is so high would be ok with the bulbs being 20 each, but 50 feels like the premium has gone too far.

    these are a gd product the colours are lovely and generally strong colours although most of the time they are very dark shades. The big problem with them is the fact they dont work with music and apparently even the customer support at philips hue website dont know how to make them work or what is required to for them to react to music in any way….. yet its advertised on the box hah. The best thing i found for this feature is an app which changes the colour of the lights when the music hits a certain volume which doesnt give the impression they are reacting with music.They are also incredibly unclear on how to get them to work with a tv and as far as i can tell the only way to do so is with an ambilight tv sold by philips.They are gd and novel but ridiculously overpriced.

    Easy to setup either as stand alone with the Hue app or on Apples HomeKit. Im using HomeBridge on a Pi Zero to combine other automation platforms such as TPLINK or Arduino HomeBridge has plugins for TPLINK RGB Bulbs and MQTT.
