This is a good quality light with a very effective and adjustable PIR sensor. Its easy to install and robust. It takes a bulb so you can choose what type, strength and energy rating of light you have.

I bought this as a direct replacement for a near identical light thats been up for several years. The original had the inevitable weathering of the plastic pir lens, which broke apart and let water in. This new one fitted exactly in place and was up and running in around 10 minutes. Ive taken the precaution of fitting a strip of Gorilla weatherproof clear tape over the lens to hopefully prolong its life and it doesnt seem to have affected sensitivity.Build quality is pretty good and the pir housing pans and tilts down by around 20 degrees, allowing for some degree of detection adjustment. My only gripe would be that side to side adjustment is quite hard, being on a ratchet type click arrangement. Removing the bulb cover can make you sweat a little, as you prise it off with a screwdriver and the tiny plastic lugs that hold it in place look like theyll break off as soon as you look at them. In fact they are quite strong and the old light cover was removed several times without problems. Once pushed firmy home again, the cover sits on a rubber seal and is weatherproof.Only two adjustments are fitted on the bottom of the pir time and lux, so setting up is pretty straightforward.I fitted a 4 watt LED corn bulb in mine with an E14 to E27 adapter, purely because I had several laying around and the light output is equivalent to a 40 watt incandescant, which suits my needs perfectly. I had previously asked if it would work with a nondimmable led and having had fairly vague replies, I decided to risk it. I can confirm that it will work with a standard, low wattage led. I have had other pir lights that refused to switch on with anything less than a 25 watt loadThis light was just as I expected and if it lasts as long as the original one, Ill be very happy.

I love the shape of this outdoor light, a perfect size to have at the front door. Enough brightness to light up the driveway of the house but not too bright. The sensor detects as I drive onto the drive to nicely illuminated for getting out of the car. Perfect, I couldnt have chosen better, very happy with purchase

Bright light comes on instantly when I open front door. Does need adjusting to stay on longer but looks possible to do this.

Works well once installed, as pointed out in another review the adjustment instructions are reversed. Install is a bit messy, no screws or rawlplugs included and the back plate needs to be drilled as well, all of which is disappointing given the cost of a branded product.

Der Bewegungsmelder lsst sich gut einstellen und kann im Winkel verstellt werden, was fr meinen Geschmack etwas zu leichtgngig geht. Will man Bereiche Ausblenden, liegt ein Aufkleber bei. Damit kann der Bewegungsmelderaum begrenzt werden.Ich habe eine gnstige leistungsstarke LED reingedreht und die Lampe leuchtet super und zuverlssig.Ich kann sie ehrlich und bedenkenlos empfehlen.Falls das hilfreich war, lass ein ntzlich da.

Pleased with the product and result when installed in 2017 three years ago. Appearance today as good as the day they were installed. I found that due to the transparent bowl, choosing the right bulb is essential to retaining its good looks during the daylight hours opted for LED. Provides a good span of light in unlit areas.Fitting instructions and bulb replacement easy and straightforward.. Setting the sensitivity and duration the same.Bought another for another location.
