Some of the lights are ok, 4 of the 12 I bought now dont last longer than 1 hour since installing them on the 120817 despite getting the most sunlight. I will be sending these back

First day was perfect. They are very weak and even after taking the plastic off and after a sunny day the light were still weak. I bought two sets of lights for my deck and Im unhappy with the result.
