The Munich rechargeable table lamp makes it easy to have light anywhere in the garden but useful anywhere in the house, even bring it camping. Charged by USB in 9 hours, this efficient LED light can last up to 7 hours on full brightness, lighting both up and down. A touch dimmer switch on the top makes it easy to operate by simply holding to dim to the desired level. Constructed from strong die-cast aluminium and finished in a tough powder-coat finish, this lantern will not rust. Tested to IP54 standard to withstand water spray it’s fine to leave out in the rain but can’t be submerged in water or pressure washed. (This product can only be recharged indoors once fully dry). The internal lithium batteries are non user-replaceable.

I bought this lamp after reading about its popularity in a New York City dining scene news article. The lamps design is just about perfect. It sits unobtrusively on the table and takes little more space than a candlestick holder. The light is just the right color temperature, and easily illuminates the area round two dinner settings. The tiny lampshade is designed to flood the table under the lamp with a circle of light, and it does this without shining any direct beams into the eyes of the diners. It turns on and off with a light touch of the button, and dims when one holds contact with the button for a few seconds. Charging is a snap just drop it in its small charging cradle. I find that the battery charge lasts for about seven mealtimes. I can find no faults with this excellent table lamp, and liked it so much that I went and bought a second one

I have purchased two of these so far to use at night in outdoor eating areas. I recommend them to everyone and cant say enough good things about them. The LED light is bright enough to read a menu and see your food, and provides just the right ambience. The lamp provides an amazing amount of light for such a tiny bulb, the down facing light is never in your eyes, and it is dimmable by simply holding the onoff switch. The dimmer feature requires some finesse, but you can see easily get the hang of it by watching the light as it changes on the stem at least it is easy with a dark color lamp. The lamp is cordless and charges by sitting on a charging plate. And, because the plate connects to an adapterplug with a USB cord, the lamp can be used outside the US. There is even an optional accessory to charge multiple lights at once. This lamp ticks all of my boxes. I plan to buy other Zafferino rechargeable lights to try in indoor locations. Highly recommend.

This is so perfect for your outdoor dining table. It takes up almost no room but throws a good amount of light. Im glad I chose this as opposed to small solar lights as this is much brighter. I will say the tiny top looks a bit odd. My lights did not dim as the instructions said they would.

This is a wellbuilt, bright for its size, attractive light for spot table lighting. I use mine in place of candles outdoors on a large dining table. I bought two. It puts out a lot of light, cast downward so it doesnt affect your night vision. Dimmer works well to adjust the brightness, but has a floor light level beyond which it shuts off. So it will only get so dim and then it shuts off. Not an issue in most cases but may be an issue for you if you want something really really dim for mood lighting. It charges fully in 5 hours. The red light on the switch to show its charging is very dim and difficult to see in even moderate light. The green light to show its fully charged cant even be seen in any light does it really exist. One note in order to preserve battery life, its not recommended to store these fully charged. I turn mine on for 1520 minutes after charging to take the top off the charge. Not a defect, just the way lithiumion batteries work. Light is well built but is a little wobbly sitting on the charging base. Not a huge issue though. Only really downside is the cost. You definitely pay extra for the Italian design. You can light your tables for less money, but not as stylishly. Up to you if its worth the extra money. Try to find them on sale…use the 20 new customer discount here if you can.

This lamp is as expected, and very convenient for places where theres no handy electrical outlet. The quality of the light adds a nice ambience, and the ability to dim or brighten it is a nice feature. That said, it seems pretty expensive for what it is.
