    Very bright, colour is excellent in each of the 3 settings. Warm nearly identical colour to the 60w incandenscent it replaced. These are not UL or CSA listed so keep that in mind. Also the switch to change the colour output is inside, you have to pop fixture off ceiling to change. Would be much simpler on the outside.

    I mounted this light over the door from my house out to the garage in the garage. Theres never enough light there and there are two steps down into the garage. The main garage light is in the center of the the area and doesnt provide enough light to really see the steps adequately. This light, mounted on the ceiling at the doorway is just what I needed, it turns on when I open the door. It isnt as bright as a wired fixture would be but provides enough illumination to avoid an accident the four C batteries do a pretty good job. Easy to install. Im considering buy another unit or two for a back stairwell.
