I bought this light for the end of our corridor. I wanted something that looked more like an ornament less fussy than a lamp with a shade. This fits the bill perfectly. Looks better on than off, but its still great either way. Gives out a great atmospheric light that illuminates the walls. Like an uplighter is designed to do. The plus is the cable is a translucent colour easily hidden down the back of the table leg.

When I viewed this product online I thought it looked ideal and certainly very attractive, but was concerned about how it would look once delivered. Fears abated Absolutely stunning lamp, pretty without being in any way gaudy and give off a good amount of light. Slight sparkle on surface reflection. Light appears as a warm white. Many compliments with queries as to where it was purchased. Highly recommend.
