I understand that the price for this controller is ridiculous but for ease of life, this is totally needed if you are wanting an extremely RGBenabled build. I have 11 RGB controlled devices attached to my Commander paired with other Corsair controllers Node Pro etc.. After installing and using iCue, I cannot fault it, all fans and strips connect straight away and have even connected 3rd party RGB devices to it with an aftermarket Corsair iCue cable and works perfectly

The lights work well enough, but the tripods are not great. The 3 feet dont lock in properly unless they are fully pushed out, which is fine if youre going to pop them on the floor. When using them on a bench top though, its almost impossible to position them without them falling over.In addition to that, with one of my lights, when I turn it off. It doesnt actually go off, it only dims, so I have to unplug it whenever Im not using it.

These are a great way to easily add motion detection into the hue lighting setup with fast easy installation that takes minutes and takes almost no effort to install. Motion detection is generally very reliable with occasional slight delays as you would expect with a Zigbee wireless system. Im not sure the ambient light detection is bang on but it works ok for the most part. Some extra time period options within the app beyond just a night and day setting would be a nice addition.

Great decorative lights, I used them for the bottom of a large corner sofa to give the room a contemporary look. They stuck really well to the leather even after repositioning them a few times. You can choose from dim to bright and everything in between, colours, flashing the lot. Easy to use with the remote too. Definitely recommend
