    I have to admit to being a huge fan of Philips Hue.The bulbs are a very easy fir, however this lamp needs hard wiring in and so is a job for the very experienced home electrician or a professional.As is mentioned elsewhere this is JUST THE LIGHT, the rest of the kit you would need to start your hue journey is not included. You need the bridge which talks to the light and to your router.I love the voice control through Siri, and being able to group lights together, so for example all garden lights can be grouped, and controlled as one. The controls are sophisticated and easy to master either using the hue app, or linking with apple devices their own home controller.I love being able to control lights with the timer, being able to turn them on remotely.The Hue lamps are very well made, an finished to a very high quality.
