In cotton printed in a favourite heritage Laura Ashley diamond-sprigged print in rusty red-pink on a white ground and with a plain white lining, it has a classic Empire tapered drum shape and is finished in bias tape trim in matching fabric. 30cm fabric shade only; fitting not included. 40W max; suitable for E27 fittings; comes with a reducer ring to fit traditional B22 fittings and a reversible gimbal.

I have been looking for a new shade for a lampbase and this was my second purchase from this excellent company. The shade is high quality and good value for money compared with high street stores who sell lampshades offtheshelf which frankly left me uninspired. I have learnt over the years that you get what you pay for with lighting and this shades looks like it comes from a specialist retailer. I loved the block printed cotton and in a sunny yellow which when lit gives the room which is a large kitchendinner a lovely warm glow. It is hard to source well designed and well made lampshades and lamps, even in London, but this company combines high quality with great design at a good price. Just changing this shade transformed this lamp and I am really thrilled.
