    Mike from Neewer customer service reached out to see if he could rectify my problem with the stands that came with the lights. His response has been exceptional. Based on this experience, I would have no issue purchasing Neewer products.My original review is below.Im impressed with the LED lights. I am NOT impressed with the tripod stands. The tripod sections do not stay up and the quality is poor.

    Very easy to install behind my 32 TV and only needed about half the 5m length. Cut to measure and sticks on fine for now. Read previous reviews that with time the sticky ness wears off but yet to see. Handy little remote that change colour and brightness. Plug power so cannot link up lights to reflect music or sound on the PlayStation but overall very happy with purchase

    La lmpara tard mucho tiempo en llegar, el empaque estaba en psimas condiciones. Mojado, maltratado y roto. Sino fuera por qu tena una bolsa sper delgada. Se hubiera daado horrible la lmpara.
