So let me give you some background on my system first, I have a miniitx board that has limited headers. I only have one USB 2.0 header and that was being used up by my H100i. I also have 4 fans and I plan to get another soon. Now I couldve used the fan hub from the H100i and been just fine, until I get that 5th fan fan header is being used by H100i sensor. But I wouldnt have had any more USB headers. Now I can use this and my H100i and still have access to an extra USB header if needed in the future solving my problem I had.Take away When I initially set it up in my system, my H100i wasnt being detected in Corsair Link, eventually it was. Dont know how I fixed it.

I knew of the brand however still a little nervous about spending this amount of money but very glad I purchased these. Very easy to install all lights adhered to to the edge of our coving as that is where we wanted to place them. LEDs very bright, remote control worked well, my daughter is one very happy teenager looks like shes having a rave in her bedroom every night lol.
