    I was a little skeptical about this product having read a number of mixed reviews, however I had to post a review about it as my experience with this product after owning it for 3 months has been positive. I was fed up of using motherboard settings to control fans and wanted full software control of each fan in my system without restarting, so I thought Id give this a try.My PC has two 140mm intakes, 2 120mm exhausts on the top of the case, 1 120mm exhaust on the back, and a CPU fan. Each of these fans is connected to my Commander Pro, and on most days for light work I have custom fan speeds for each fan rendering each inaudible while maintaining adequate airflow. While gaming, I have a custom performance fan mode, which increases fan RPMs significantly and brings down my overall temps. I also occasionally use my machine to record in the studio, and I have a custom silent preset for this, which I set to turn off all case fans, leaving only the CPU fan on a custom curve which is also highly customisable in the Corsair Link software. While I use exclusively fixed RPMs to reduce noise I hate fan ramping up sounds, its worth noting that you can define a custom curve for each individual fan in conjunction with the temperature value of any measurable component in your system, and also with the included thermal sensors which you can place anywhere in your case.So if youre someone who wants total control over fan speeds and noise at any given moment, Id highly recommend this fan controller. I personally am not big on the whole RGB game, so I havent used that feature of the device. But as a software fan controller, it has been very reliable exactly what I need. If youre thinking about getting a fan controller, consider giving this one a go.

    Bought for a tween bedroom as are apparently the inthing. Must admit they do look very cool and change the mood of the room very effectively. Used as an alternative to a nightlight and very happy with them.
