    I wasnt sure how good these would be, but having bought Neewer products before I had high hopes. I wasnt disappointed. They are bright, simple and for my purposes for illuminating a green screen, absolutely perfect.One of these can even be run off a standard USB power bank for portable purposes.

    This is a small unit that can be placed almost anywhere either free standing or screwed on to a wall that detects ambient light and motion and can use these inputs to automatically control Hue bulbs. Ive placed mine in the bathroom so the light comes one automatically in the evening and night and turns off after 2 minutes without motion. I have it set so that during the evening, a cool white light comes on and after 10 pm a warmer redder light comes on to help prevent blue light affecting sleeping patterns. Ideally I would like to set up a third setting for after midnight where a fully red light comes on to aid a swift return to sleep on returning to bed, but the software currently only allows for two settings day and night times are adjustable and does not allow additional timings to be set. The light and motion sensitivity can be controlled via the Hue app and works well. I will be looking to pick up some more of these next time they are on offer and hope that Philips allow a bit more flexibility in the software.
