Description

The FAXON 1 light in-door extendable wall light has a spotlight style head in satin chrome. Simple and compact when folded back it stands 29cm proud of the wall and fully extended 59cm from the wall. The spotlight head is fully adjustable and the arm can sweep through 180 degrees pivoting from the wall fixing plate. This makes it a great directional light and a great feature light. It is very useful as a task light that can be pulled out over a working surface and folded back when not needed. It operates from a light switch. The FAXON Wall Light works with many interior styles from the contemporary warm metal finishes all the way to the relaxed industrial look. It is equally at home in the kitchen, dining room or home office adding that extra light when needed. It is part of our featured collections LED Lamps for the full range.

Blew up 4 ports on my commander pro just by plugging 3 fans into each using a splitter combined load was far less than the 1 amp per port stated on the spec sheet. Software is okay but not nearly as good as the solution im using now from Aquacomputer. RGB lighting from it works fine though. If you want to use this product reliably and you run multiple fans for a radiator then make sure to get an adaptor which injects molex power into the fans and just uses the PWM from the commander pro. The ports are not tough at all from my experience.

I have been trying to get PIR sensors that actually work and work well. I tried a lot of the WiFi ones but they were slow to connect and operate. Initially I didnt like the thought of the Philips Hue as a Hub is required. Giving in I gave these a go.Install of these movement sensors was very easy and straight forward, the operation and linking to other Philips Hue products are done in the app.Fitting to a wall requires a small magnet to be attached to the wall, the sensor then is just held in place by the strong magnet. The is no way to attach using double sided sticky pads, it has to be drilled and plugged hole or screwing on to wood or you could just leave on a shelf if required. Mounting screws and wall a plug is supplied.I was surprised these PIR movement sensors actually worked well, as soon as movement was detected the lights came on without any delay. A few little issues when setting up which would allow the lights controlled to turn on but needed to turn off before it would re detect movement. This was due to the light sensor in the PIR being set too high, while the light was on it thought it was daylight and prevented the sensor operating and detecting movement. This was able to be easily adjusted from the Hue app which gives indication of movement detection and whether the light level is set to allow the sensor to operate. In Apple home app, this seems to give a little more information from this sensor, it shows the lux light level, detection state and a temperature. I have not seen anywhere it says these sensors have a temperature sensor built in but does seem to give an accurate temperature for the roomOverall not a cheap buy but well worth it for a system that actually works well
