Quite good, although can be difficult to use in the wind, but it has survived 3 topples already with no damage and no damage to the attached flash Wish you could mount the flash at 90 degrees so that the optical receiver faces the camera. You cant do this with the Sony HVLF58AM, the head is too wide.Im using both diffusers the small one can be awkward to clip in but not the egg crate.All in all Works well, just make sure you have a sturdy stand.
