    Very bright, motion sensitive, no wiring required. Batteries die very fast though. It needs 4 Ccell batteries and can be used only 2 or 3 months.

    Bought 2 so far, and getting a 3rd soon. Very pleased with this light. The light is bright great for closets and basement storage areas. And the motion sensing is very responsive. A few bucks more than some of the cheaper alternatives, but this is easily worth the premium.

    This light quality produced by this Luminaire is not very good. It has a fairly tight beam, so you get a distinct curved shadow on the wall. It also has a light pattern of a flashlight with a ring that has some prism effect at its edge. No soft glow fade out here. Its also a cool white color, so if you are using warm color light fixtures in your bathroom, this could clash.But I like this fixture because I finally have enough light inside my shower. I can now actually see what Im shaving, rather than running the shaver over the spot and hoping. It also isnt that expensive, but the 3 C Batteries add to the price. And it wasnt too complicated to install with a power drill and screws. Opening the plastic case is a bit fiddly, but doable.The photosensor is a bit overly sensitive as even the dim incandescent bathroom fixture when turned on will prevent the MB 980 from turning on. The occupancy sensor picks up motion very well. It might be a bit too sensitive since my large cat can activate it. But my biggest issue with this is the time the fixture stays on. When Im sitting on the toilet the light only stays on for 30 seconds to a minute before turning off. If it would have a slightly longer stay on period, I would really appreciate it. I guess they dont want it wasting batteries, but I have to do the movearoundtogetthelighttoturnbackon dance which is annoying.All in all, this solved my problem of a dark shower, but since I work with a lighting designer I can see lots of room for improvement in the light quality and the luminaire quality too.EDIT When the battery gets low the occupancy sensor stops working and the light doesnt turn off. At first I thought the light was broken, but installing fresh batteries fixed the issue.

    Installed in a small store bathroom with no window. If the bathroom light doesnt work and you are in a rush, this light will help satisfy your needs. I have two in my shed. Batteries last about 6 months of use 5 minutes a day, 18 hrs. Easy to install, screws included.

    I have a hall closet that is dark when door is open. Even with ceiling light from hall, still not light enough inside. I have tried other battery operated lights and never found them to be as bright as this one.I installed this unit on the side wall, because my ceilings, including closets, are 9 high Anyways, after I installed it, shut the closet door then reopened it, bingo, bright as h… lol.. They truly do work as stated.Downside, it take four C cell batteries, which makes unit a tad heavy when mounting.I am buying another for upstairs closet too.

    I have a very dark closet with no available electricity. This light does the trick. After about 6 months of use, batteries need replaced.
