Each fan header is supposed to handle 1 amp, but Im not to sure. I had 3 headers die on anywhere from .8 to .9 amps although I was still under the stated 1 amp and the 4.5 amp total. The only thing that makes any sense would be a startup spike on the fans killed it. Anyways, I have 2 of these controlling all of my fans now and besides a little sporadic error, it all works OK. It is reading the CPU package WAYYYY to high, but, CPU 1 2 3 and Motherboard temps as well seem to be correct. I do like the link software and there are no problems with running two of these although I did not attempt to daisy chain them. Instead I have one per usb header so as to avoid any other possible bugs. It is nice that this will utilize voltage or PWM and both seem very accurate depending on the fan. Aside from the Link and firmware hickups, its the best thing available for such a large number of fans. You may want to check out aquatunings controller, but this controller does have more fan ports and the additional temperature assignment options are nice. I wouldnt attempt pump control with this as it is too buggy and even a 10 watt pump may fry the channel. Good luck.

I liked that it came with a diffuser and color diffusers. You can adjust the brightness. I had mine on for at least two hours and they were good to go. Cheaply made so you will have to be gentle with the lights when putting them on and taking them off the tripod. The tripods are thin plastic and can tip over so position them well before you walk away. Mine stayed up after i positioned them well. They are powered by usb cords that are attached and arent removable and arent that long so have a USB port extension handy. They do the job tho.

Easy to put up and control from the remote, kids love them
