    I love these strings. I have 3 now and leave them on constant.They tick over and charge all day happily I live in Spain, so get a lot of sun and as soon as dusk arrives they miraculously kick in and brighten my night.They give off a subtle light which so far doesnt seem to attract the unwelcome night pests. I would like some more but perhaps double the length with white cable. My covered terrace roof is white so these look a little ugly during the day.

    Very cheap plastic feel, one does not come on at all and two of them keep flickering. The batteries are fully charged so all should work fine. The ones that did work only stayed on for an hour. Ive seen better quality in home bargain cheaper. These are going back.
