When they work the are great however its lucky dip which ones light up at night. They are all placed in the same place with equal amount of sunlight but very rarely get more than 4 out of 6 light up. It could be any 4 each night there is no rhyme or reason to it.

Theyre very nice when they have charge but in the winter months theyre next to useless with the shorter days. They could do with an alternative mains charge on them too, for instance I couldnt charge mine as the days are too short and its not bright enough to generated enough charge to last an hour.

They look fantastic at night. My photo doesnt do them justice my ineptitude. They flicker very convincingly and look far more substantial than the usual filling station offerings. Theyre not cheap, but theyre worth the money. One, in a shadier part of the garden, dies after about six hours. The others keep going until its light. They dont provide much illumination, but thats not what I bought them for. Theyre decorative features that give atmosphere for barbecues or just sitting out on the verandah.

These work great one photo is the light with security light so the lights can be seen in position on our rockery the other lights off. We are very pleased with these solar lights.

Very easy to set up, literally just put these into the garden and they work well. So far they dont require full day sun shine and just work throughout the nights. There were a few rainy days and they are not noticeably affected.
