We ordered four of these and as our electrician was installing noticed that one was missing one of the nuts to screw the bulb in place. When I reported this, the customer service representative was so efficient organised a replacement of the whole light straightaway and did not require me to return the faulty one. I was so impressed The lights themselves are also great and would highly recommend. We got them installed upside down so that the lamp was facing upwards to give the lighting a more flush feeling. Would be nice if the lamp was able to fully rotate so that we couldve installed the right way around but its no issue.
