    Works great in a closet with no light. Very sensitive to motion and turns off shortly after the door is closed. The beam pattern is a bit odd a bit inconsistent, but otherwise little to complain about. Would buy again.

    Ordered for a 12x8x8 shed. I wasnt expecting much, but it works great and does a decent job for the space so I dont step on a rake and break my nose. I hate when that happens.editIts now Aug 2015 and I just want to add that not only is this still working, I havent changed the batteries yet.

    This is perfect in my coat closet. For years Ive been saying that I need light in the closet but never found anything that was bright enough. This is not only bright, the motion detector works perfectly. My husband attached it to the ceiling in the closet and it comes on as soon as I open the door. It stays on until I close the door. Highly recommend but I havent had it long enough yet to know how long the batteries will last

    Pretty amazing little unit. Easy installation with instructions just in pictures. I guess illiterate folks need lighting too, however I would have preferred a few written words to go along with the pictograph.I had some concerns how well it would work as nearby ambient light can screw up operation. I purchased this after reading the review by QuickFix on November 18, 2011 that provided instructions on how to modify the motionlight detection. Fortunately, it seems no modification was needed in my case though.It was an easy solution to pesky problem.

    Even though its inexpensive its not worth it. Doesnt come with batteries and the D size batteries are not so inexpensive. Stick to other models out there that might take standard AA batteries.Stopped working in a few days.

    no way to control any of the settings sensitivity, light power, active time.could be a better product, especially for the price.eats through batteries in about 6 months of moderate usage.

    Bought to put over a freezer in the garage because the garage light is at the opposite end. Had it a few months now and it comes on immediately we open the garage door to shed a good light to see the inside of the freezer which doesnt have a light and goes off about 20 seconds after we leave the garage. So far its doing exactly what we want it to do.

    I loved the look of it and this picture doesnt do it justice but really pleased with it. It looks great in the kitchen and really goes with the stainless steel hob and cooker hood

    Electrician fitted both above kitchen island am v happy with themOrdered 2 vintage bulbs to fit which give a warm glow so insides not too stark white works v well.
