Ik heb de lamp in mijn huis in verschillende kleuren en het ziet er prachtig uit in elke tint. Echter, als het gaat om hoe goed het past in een kamer, is de versie in wit beter dan de andere versies. De witte versie is de enige met een witte kabel en een witte aanuit schakelaar. Hoe ruwer de achtergrond, des te geschikter is de AJ staande lamp in het wit. Wat spreekt er nog meer voor de lamp Ik ben al een paar keer met haar verhuisd, heb haar zelfs meerdere keren met de SBahn van de ene plaats naar de andere getransporteerd. Gewoon een paar katoenen zakjes rond de lampvoet, plug en lampenkap klaar. Ik ken geen robuustere lamp. En een goede investering daarbovenop want wie het heeft zien aanzetten, wil het hebben Ik kan goed begrijpen….

Ich habe die Leuchte bei mir daheim in verschiedenen Farben und sie sieht in jedem Farbton hinreiend aus. Wenn es allerdings darauf ankommt, wie gut sie sich einen Raum einpasst, dann schlgt die Version in wei alle anderen. Sie nimmt sich eben am meisten zurck auch, weil die weie Variante als einzige mit weiem Kabel und weiem AnAusSchalter daherkommt. Umso unruhiger der Hintergrund, desto passender die AJ Stehleuchte in wei. Was sonst noch fr die Leuchte spricht Ich bin schon ein paar mal mit ihr umgezogen, habe sie sogar schon mehrfach mit der SBahn von einem Ort zum anderen transportiert. Einfach ein paar Bauwollbeutel um Sockel, Stecker und Leuchtenschirm gewickelt fertig. Eine robustere Leuchte kenne ich nicht. Und eine gute Wertanlage obendrein denn wer sie mal eingeschaltet gesehen hat, der will sie haben Kann ich gut verstehen …

Erg mooie lamp met een lange snoer. Een beetje teleurgesteld dat de scherm is kunststof en niet glas, maar dat is begrijpelijk omdat de glas versie is meerdere duizend euro duurder. Ook moeten wij de schakelaar even goed draaien voor die op de vloer lag

Die AJ Stehleuchte ist ein schner Klassiker, wirkt in natura aber etwas kleiner als gedacht. Neben meinem Muuto RestSofa fllt sie kaum auf. Der Lampenschirm ist etwas unfunktional. Eine normale LEDLeuchte passte nicht hinein, erst nach stundenlanger Recherche im Internet und Nachfrage bei Connox habe ich herausgefunden, dass das Leuchtmittel hchstens einen Umfang von 55mm haben darf. Hier wre ein Hinweis auf der Produktseite von Connox hilfreich gewesen. Selbst eine 55mmBirne stt fast an die obere Innenseite des Lampenschirms, wodurch dieser sehr hei wird. Ist die Armlehne der Couch sehr breit wie beim MuutoSofa gestaltet sich die Ausrichtung des Lampenschirms etwas schwierig. Entweder sie leuchtet die Leseflche nicht richtig aus, oder sie blendet etwas. Insgesamt eignet sich die Lampe m.E. besser als Leseleuchte neben einem schnen Sessel als neben einer greren Couch.

It looks beautiful, is functional, and we are very happy with it. I didnt realize that the head of the lamp would not rotate, but I assume this is in keeping with the orginal design.

The AJ floor lamp is a beautiful classic, but looks a bit smaller in nature than expected. Next to my Muuto Rest sofa, she barely stands out. The lampshade is somewhat unfunctional. A normal LED light didnt fit into it, only after hours of research on the internet and a request from Connox did I find out that the light source may have a maximum circumference of 55mm. Here a hint on the Connox product page would have been helpful. Even a 55mm bulb almost hits the top inside of the lampshade, making it very hot. If the armrest of the couch is very wide as with the Muuto sofa, the alignment of the lampshade is somewhat difficult. Either it doesnt illuminate the reading surface properly, or it blinds something. Altogether the lamp is better suited in my opinion as a reading lamp next to a beautiful armchair than next to a larger couch.

I am a pianist and needed a new lamp that would shed light from behind me when I play hence I needed an adjustable floorlamp, something in black. This wonderful lamp is perfect. It is extremely practical and functional, easy to move yet sturdy, UNtippy, and yet not uncomfortably heavy to move. In other words, it is wonderfully welldesigned. It does everything I need it to do including being beautiful, sedately gorgeous not announcing its presence in a garish way. It is splendid I am exceedingly pleased.

AJgulvlampen er en smuk klassiker, men ser lidt mindre ud end forventet. Ud over min Muuto hvilesofa er hun nppe mrkbar. Lampeskrmen er lidt ufunktionel. Et normalt LEDlys passer ikke ind, kun efter timers forskning p internettet og eftersprgslen hos Connox fandt jeg, at pren m have maksimalt 55 mm. Her ville en henvisning til produktsiden af Connox have vret nyttigt. Selv en 55 mm pre rammer nsten toppen af lampeskrmen, hvilket gr det meget varmt. Hvis armlen p sofaen er meget bred som i Muutosofaen, er justeringen af lampeskrmen lidt vanskelig. Enten lser det ikke korrekt lsningsfladen, eller det forsvinder noget. Alt i alt er lampen bedre efter min mening som et lselys ved siden af en dejlig lnestol end ved siden af en strre sofa.

I have the lamp in my home in different colors and it looks gorgeous in every shade. However, when it comes to how well it fits into a room, the version in white beats everyone else. The white version is the only one with a white cable and a white onoff switch. The more restless the background, the more suitable the AJ floor lamp in white. What else speaks for the lamp I have already moved with her a few times, have even transported her from one place to another several times with the SBahn. Just a few cotton bags wrapped around base, plug and lampshade done. I dont know of a more robust lamp. And a good investment on top of that because whoever has seen it switched on, wants to have it I can well understand …

Jai la lampe dans ma maison dans diffrentes couleurs et elle est magnifique dans toutes les nuances. Cependant, lorsquil sagit de sa place dans une pice, la version en blanc bat tout le monde. La version blanche est la seule avec un cble blanc et un interrupteur marchearrt blanc. Plus larrireplan est agit, plus le lampadaire AJ en blanc convient. Quoi dautre parle pour la lampe Jai dj dmnag avec elle plusieurs fois, je lai mme transporte dun endroit un autre plusieurs fois avec le SBahn. Juste quelques sacs de coton enrouls autour de la base, de la prise et de labatjour cest fait. Je ne connais pas de lampe plus robuste. Et en plus, cest un bon investissement, parce que celui qui la vu allum veut lavoir Je peux bien comprendre ….
